The basic purpose of the Architectural Committee is to preserve the aesthetic value and appearance of the structures and landscaping of the community (Trailwood Springs). Its goal is to maintain the neighborhood to the highest standards applicable.

The committee considers and approves or disapproves plans and specifications, fences, walls, home modifications/additions, sheds, removal of trees and shrubs, and other items affecting the value and/or appearance of the neighborhood.
